冷卻(que)介質(zhi)為(wei)水時,基(ji)管(guan)(guan)的(de)(de)熱(re)(re)交(jiao)(jiao)換(huan)(huan)系數(shu)可以(yi)達到5000W/m2K,相反(fan),當冷卻(que)介質(zhi)為(wei)空氣時,熱(re)(re)交(jiao)(jiao)換(huan)(huan)系數(shu)要降低(di)許多。一般,光管(guan)(guan)的(de)(de)熱(re)(re)交(jiao)(jiao)換(huan)(huan)系數(shu)只有(you)1000W/m2K。介質(zhi)為(wei)空氣時,為(wei)了增(zeng)加(jia)使用空氣時,基(ji)管(guan)(guan)的(de)(de)熱(re)(re)傳遞效率,熱(re)(re)工(gong)工(gong)程(cheng)師(shi)們使用在基(ji)管(guan)(guan)外(wai)側增(zeng)加(jia)翅片(pian)的(de)(de)辦法來增(zeng)加(jia)基(ji)管(guan)(guan)的(de)(de)外(wai)表面積,從而(er)提高(gao)換(huan)(huan)熱(re)(re)系數(shu)。
熱(re)傳遞受下列因素影響:
翅片(pian)(pian)高(gao)(gao)度(du)、翅片(pian)(pian)厚度(du)、翅片(pian)(pian)形狀、翅片(pian)(pian)越高(gao)(gao),熱量傳遞的路徑就越長。
同時,翅(chi)片(pian)(pian)(pian)與基管(guan)的連接方式(shi)也(ye)對(dui)熱(re)傳(chuan)遞(di)有很大的影響。用(yong)于鋼(gang)管(guan)或(huo)(huo)不銹鋼(gang)管(guan)上的翅(chi)片(pian)(pian)(pian)主要(yao)是鋁(lv)片(pian)(pian)(pian)或(huo)(huo)熱(re)浸鍍鋅(xin)鋼(gang)片(pian)(pian)(pian)制(zhi)成(cheng)(cheng),鋁(lv)具有易成(cheng)(cheng)型以及優(you)良(liang)的熱(re)傳(chuan)遞(di)性(xing)能的特(te)點;鋼(gang)質翅(chi)片(pian)(pian)(pian)具有很高(gao)的強度和韌性(xing)。鋼(gang)質翅(chi)片(pian)(pian)(pian)管(guan)和軋制(zhi)式(shi)鋁(lv)翅(chi)片(pian)(pian)(pian)管(guan)均可(ke)以用(yong)高(gao)壓水(shui)清洗。最被廣泛應用(yong)的制(zhi)造方法是把帶狀鋁(lv)材(cai)或(huo)(huo)帶狀鋼(gang)材(cai)剪切(qie)后裝(zhuang)配到(dao)基管(guan)上。這個過程(cheng)完全由特(te)殊的高(gao)精度繞片(pian)(pian)(pian)裝(zhuang)置實現。
